Do you have an elevator?

Yes, the elevator runs from the ground floor up to the top of the hotel and it accessible with a wheel chair.

Do you have WiFi and how much is it?

The high-speed internet Wi-Fi connection is free and unlimited and available to all guests in their rooms as well as in the guests areas.

Do you provide rain boots in case of high tides?

In case of high tides we will be happy to provide you with plastic boots if you do not have yours with you and Venice will not have limits for you!

Do you provide umbrellas in case of rain?

You can use one of our umbrellas always available at the lobby.

 Do you provide adaptors?

Yes but with limited availability.

 Is there an ATM machine at the hotel?

No, but the nearest ATM machine is only 500m from Casa Verardo.

Can I check in my flight and print my boarding pass?

Of course! Please ask to our Concierge.

Do you have laundry service?

Laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service is available (on charge and upon special restrictions, ask our team).

Can I bring my pet?
